Twitter iGoogle Gadget – Progress

I am really happy with my progress with the Google Gadget / Widget I’ve put together for Twitter. Today I decided to rewrite the app, incorporating some of the best pieces. What I did was re-implement the Twitter “friends time-line” in AJAX and modularize as Twitter Gadget!much as I could so that it would be a better user experience. Sorry…in English: I made it work better when new “tweets” show up, and made it easier for me to fix the app, and add features. If have a Google account and you’d like to check it out, click HERE!->Twitter iGoogle Gadget (32hours.com) UPDATE(06Jan08, 6:45am): I’ve fixed a bug for IE users. It now works in IE again. Also, working on a login page bug (please bear with the temporary ugliness!)

I really love your gadget! It makes twitting so much easy and simple!
Is this the place to suggest a new feature? Hope it is!
I think it would be great to be able to be able to follow a search. That is to get with my time line results of a default twitter search.
    Thanks for the great work!

    Hi Martin,

Thanks very much, and I’m glad you enjoy BeTwittered.

This is a fine place to leave a comment, and make a new feature request. It seems that as I think of new features, people start to request related items. It must be related to how things naturally progress and evolve!

What I’m considering adding is a new tab (or tabs?) that you can assign a search term to, and see updated results there. Is that similar to what you would like to see?

Thanks for the input, I’m always glad to discuss new features and hear from people about BeTwittered.

    Thanks,
    Robert

i love to Twitter my day to day activities to my friends and followers. Twitter is much better than blogging because it is direct to the point and does not require you to type so many unnecessary words.
